Last May 2008, I had a taped TV interview in one of the segments in the "Philippine Realty TV". Specifically, the segment dwelled on the past and present situation of the Philippine real estate industry. In the same segment, Arch. Felino Palafox, Jr., was also interviewed. This particular episode was aired last June 7 and 8 in ANC.
